Council’s participation in India Show in St. Petersburg ( Russia ) from 30^th Sept. to 3^rd Oct., 2009.

India Trade Promotion Organization (ITPO) is organizing India Show 2009 in the spectacular city of St. Petersburg ( Russia ) from 30^th Sept. to 3^rd Oct., 2009. The objective of the show is continued projection of modern India ’s quality products and technological advancements made in different spheres.

The event assumes special significance as the same is being organized as a part of “Year of India in Russia ” which is the largest ever Government initiative in post-Soviet era to bring the two great countries together in the changed global economic order. This event will offer a valuable B2B platform for manufacturers, exporters, importers, suppliers and buyers to fulfill the requirements of the lovers and businesses of exciting and innovative trends of Indian products that have always appealed deep emotions with fantasy across all Russia . The LENEXPO Exhibition Complex at St. Petersburg is the place for generating new business opportunities and developing successful relationships attracting business from Russia and also neighboring CIS and Baltic countries. It is timed for visitors/buyers who are actively sourcing new products from India .

Exclusive and extensive media publicity campaign is planned by the ITPO to ensure visitors hip and to give the show a national visibility.

As per the MDA guidelines, the grant will be admissible on Space Rent with a ceiling of Rs. 80,000/- and on airfare (economy class) with a ceiling of Rs.70,000/-.

Interested members are requested to send confirmation for participation in this exhibition latest by 29^th May, 2009 alongwith a cheque/DD for Rs.95,000/- towards your contribution for space rent so that space at prominent place can be booked. The allotment of booth will be on First Come First Served basis.
