Council’s participation in South African International Trade Exhibition (SAITEX), Johannesburg , South Africa (July 19-21, 2009) under Focus Africa Programme.

As a step towards promotion of export of wool & wool blended products, the Council has proposed to participate in South African International Trade Exhibition (SAITEX), Galllagher Convention Centre (Estates), Johannesburg, South Africa to be held during July 19-21, 2009 under Focus Africa Programme of MDA Scheme.

SAITEX fair is a significant trading platform for India with the whole of Africa . It is the only multi-sector trade fair of its size and kind on the continent and annually plays host to hundreds of exhibitors showcasing products, services and opportunities from all over the world.

As per the MDA guidelines, the grant will be admissible on Space Rent with a ceiling of Rs.80,000/- and on airfare (economy class) with a ceiling of Rs.70,000/- only.

Interested members are requested to send confirmation for participation in this exhibition latest by 30^th April, 2009, alongwith a cheque/DD for Rs.95,000/- towards your contribution for space rent so that space at prominent place can be booked. The allotment of booth will be on First Come First Served basis.
