Levy of Service Tax on Membership Fee & other dues of the Council

 for the financial year 2010-11.

Dear Member,

You are aware that the payment of Service Tax on Membership Fee and other dues of the EPCs were exempted by the Dept. of Revenue upto 31.03.2010. Therefore, from the current financial year, membership fee and other dues of Council are payable alongwith Service Tax @ 10.3%.

You are, therefore, requested to kindly send the payment of Service Tax @10.3% on the payment made to the Council during the current financial year 2010-11 so that the same could be deposited into Govt. Account.
