Subject: Renewal of Membership for the year 2009-10.

Dear Member,

As a step to promote the exports and to assist exporters in solving their day-to-day problems related to exports, the Council took up several burning issues of the members with the concerned authorities and also regularly pursuing the pending cases at the appropriate authorities. In order to provide clarifications to exporter’s queries on various policy/exports related issues, the Council has launched Online Chat Service (Monday/Friday 2:00PM to 3:00PM). During the current year, the Council organized participation in many international trade fairs/exhibitions in Russia , Italy , France , Mexico , Hong Kong , Panama & Middle East Countries to promote the export of wool & wool blended products. 

Further, this is to inform that your membership of the Council is going to expire on 31^st March, 2009.  As per Bye-laws of the Council, Members should pay Annual Subscription latest by 30^th April in each year.  You are, therefore, requested to send your membership fee for the year 2009-10 alongwith Registration-Cum-Membership Certificate (RCMC) for renewal upto 31.03.2010 as per details given below. The cheque/DD should be drawn in favour of Wool & Woollens Export Promotion Council payable at NEW DELHI/ LUDHIANA/ MUMBAI as the case may be:-
