WWEPC’s PARTICIPATIN IN AF’L ARTIGIANO IN FIERA, MILAN (ITALY) TO BE HELD FROM 1ST TO 9TH DEC., 2018

We are pleased to inform that Wool & Woollens Export Promotion Council (W&WEPC) in association with India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) is organizing INDIA PAVILION in AF’L ARTIGIANO IN FIERA, MILAN (ITALY) TO BE HELD FROM 1ST TO 9TH DEC., 2018 under Market Access Initiative (MAI) Scheme of Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India.

AF-L’ ARTIGIANO IN FIERA is the biggest international retail trade event dedicated to arts and crafts. This international event which started in year 1996 is organized with a clear objective to give centre stage to handicrafts and the enormous range and quality of handmade products. In 2017, nine main pavilions under which 3000 exhibitors from 100 countries had displayed their wide variety of art and crafts about whereas more than 1,67,000 people visited the fair. The exhibition is open to general public and trade visitors both for spot booking and retail and sale.

Participation Charges with MAI grant (Rs.)

Booths package will include built up stand with carpet, lighting, fascia, basic furniture and publicity support.

 

The Council has sent proposal to Dept. of Commerce for sanction of grant on account of reimbursement of airfare (economy class) to the participants. The Partner/Director/Proprietor of participating firm/co. is eligible for reimbursement of airfare subject to ceiling of Rs.70,000/- under MAI Guidelines. The space can be booked by making advance payment of Rs. 1,00,000/- through RTGS/NEFT to WWEPC to consider space requirement. The participants may give their preference of corner booth in their application form which will be provided on First Come First Served Basis (FCFS) only in the case of availability and o­n receipt of advance payment.

 

The payment through RTGS/NEFT for booking of space will start on 11th June, 2018 at 10:00 AM (date preponed to 11th June, 2018 at 10.00 AM due to Gazetted Holiday declared by Govt. of J&K on 12th June, 2018). In case payment is received in our account before 10:00AM, the same will not be taken into account for seniority. The seniority for booth booking will be decided based on the bank statement as and when the amount is credited in our account. A company can make the advance payment for group companies also and will not be allowed to withdraw at later stage.
